Forget about the 5 minute ab work you might do at the end of your session. Come along to our unique Ab-Solute Core class, a 45mins session dedicated to toning and strengthening your core. We are only as strong as our weakest link, having a strong core will not only support your back and reduce back pain, it also helps us in day to day function movements.
