LOVES: My Interests are well balanced obviously keeping fit and currently training for a Hyrox event which is a goal to focus on. I’ve participated in a number of half marathons, triathlons and Full Marathons one being in Paris which was one of the best experiences of my life, it is great top incorporate travel with exercise. I also love going out for beautiful dinners and enjoying a wine and spending time in Byron Bay where my partner has a business, not a bad place to be!! I love to keep learning and as I spend a lot of time driving between Brisbane and Byron Bay podcasts have become my best friend.
EXPERIENCE: Health and fitness has always been my passion professionally and personally. I had been drawn back into it after spending a number of years in the corporate world.
I started in the health and fitness industry in 2001 working solely as a Personal Trainer, working with a wide range of clients for a Boutique gym in Teneriffe.
I now work as a PT, teach run club and after-burn hit at Total Fusion and am now embarking on my journey with Think Fitness and their wonderful female clientele.

EXPERIENCE: Over 360+ hours of empowering people with persistent pain, injuries and chronic health conditions to feel and perform better through Exercise Physiology.
From helping people with musculoskeletal injuries regain strength and confidence; Empowering a 64-year-old woman with Hip Osteoarthritis and Type 2 Diabetes win back control over her health, To supporting a 97-year-old man with shoulder impingement, hypertension and left retinal artery thrombosis. I’ve helped people of all different ages and conditions get back to the activities they want to do, have more energy, and live a longer, stronger life.

LOVES Like my training style, my interests are many! Podcasts and learning new things. All things human movement and psychology. I love getting outside and exploring. Getting out on the ocean with the occasional dive. Exploring inner worlds with meditation, and generally doing my best at improving the meat vehicle I’ve been given.
EXPERIENCE 5 and a half years as a professional coach, 17 years self exploration of different training methods with me as the test subject. I subscribe to being a training generalist and think the human body should be capable of more than only moving heavy things (although we certainly want that ability too!). My training is what I consider a holistic blend of mobility, strength, power and grace. We want to move pain free and with fluidity using the best tools for the job at hand.

LOVES Outside the gym, Ari loves playing a round of golf with his mates, getting involved in any sport he can, AFL, volleyball, golf and taking his Cocker Spaniel, Polly, for walks or to the dog park.
EXPERIENCE Ari brings an elite performance background and more than a decade of coaching experience to the ThinkFitness team. With his ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning accreditation and Certificate III & IV in Fitness, he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of movement, athletic development, and long-term progress.
Before moving into the coaching world, Ari spent 10 years as a professional ballet dancer with Queensland Ballet, a career that built his foundations in body mechanics, mobility, balance, and precision. He now applies that unique skill set across sport and performance as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Wynnum Wolves FC, and leads our Transformation Program as Head Coach while also specialising in one-on-one personal training.

The health and fitness industry is one of the hardest yet rewarding industries you could ever work in. I have been in the industry for 8 years now and have witnessed the high’s and low’s, and the exercise fads to go with it. But I remain as dedicated and passionate about the industry as i did 8 years ago.
There aren’t many more things more rewarding and satisfying then helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.
