I am an ex-gymnast/acrobat who found my passion in the industry almost 10 years ago and have been running my own company, FitCulture, for around 5 years. I have assisted Australia’s largest man in a televised documentary on his weight loss journey. I was featured in Women’s Health and Fitness Magazine for 3 consecutive months for a 12 Week Challenge I wrote specifically for the magazine Australia wide. I also worked with Lorna Jane on developing and writing her signature ‘Physique’ Class to which was rolled out nation wide.
