Leaving a “safe & secure job” in the building industry in 2014, I went off on a relentless pursuit of happiness. I wanted to find a field I am good at, and create a fulfilling career out of helping people. By no means do I see myself as the best of coaches, but I am committed to my continual studies and research to learn all there is to know about human movement and the improvement of quality of life. We were built to move!
