From a young age I have participate in as many sports as possible from soccer, swimming, rugby, cross country and triathlons. I believe health and fitness is a chance for people to improve their lives, whether it is changing how they look, how they feel or how their body performs. Not everyone is blessed with able and capable bodies and those that are don’t use them to their fullest potential. I believe we shouldn’t take our health for granted and push our selves to our limits and then even further.
