Chris has worked with the British Military as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor, helping injured soldiers regain full functional fitness from a range of injuries. He has also work as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for many sporting teams including Rugby League, Female Soccer and Australia Rules Football.
