LOVES Outside the gym, Ari loves playing a round of golf with his mates, getting involved in any sport he can, AFL, volleyball, golf and taking his Cocker Spaniel, Polly, for walks or to the dog park.

EXPERIENCE Ari brings an elite performance background and more than a decade of coaching experience to the ThinkFitness team. With his ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning accreditation and Certificate III & IV in Fitness, he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of movement, athletic development, and long-term progress.

Before moving into the coaching world, Ari spent 10 years as a professional ballet dancer with Queensland Ballet, a career that built his foundations in body mechanics, mobility, balance, and precision. He now applies that unique skill set across sport and performance as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Wynnum Wolves FC, and leads our Transformation Program as Head Coach while also specialising in one-on-one personal training.
