Is a Full body conditioning class, which incorporates functional movements, olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio intervals.

If FAT LOSS is your goal then this is the class for you. It works all energy pathways making your body work as hard as it can which means RAPID FAT LOSS. The class is catered for all fitness levels from the complete beginner to the advanced athlete.

Functional Fitness – Semi Private

These sessions follow a constantly varied, high intensity training program designed to progressively improve your overall functional fitness

It combines evidence-based strength training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning into a single class with scaling and progressions for all levels of fitness.

These semi private sessions are capped at 8 people to ensure each person gets a personalised coaching experience. Each class will be programmed and coached by Bryce Hankey
