Functional Fitness – Semi Private

These sessions follow a constantly varied, high intensity training program designed to progressively improve your overall functional fitness

It combines evidence-based strength training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning into a single class with scaling and progressions for all levels of fitness.

These semi private sessions are capped at 8 people to ensure each person gets a personalised coaching experience. Each class will be programmed and coached by Bryce Hankey
