Metabolic Circuit

Metabolic circuit consists of interval training mixed with resistance training. This class gives you great back for your buck by burning fat and building muscle at the same time. The class is catered for all fitness levels and ages. Each station/exerciser are timed so just get through as much work as you can at that station before time is up and then move on to the next one. This class is a fantastic lead in into our metabolic conditioning class.
